What is an MLS Number?

The MLS number is a number assigned to help identify properties for sale by real estate brokers that belong to a region's Multiple Listing Service. It allows different real estate companies to keep track of the properties that are currently on the market.

Properties with an MLS number may be listed by First Weber Group agents, or by other REALTORS® within the same market area.

What is a PIN?

The Property Identification Number is assigned by First Weber Group to our listed properties, and can be found in listings in our ads, and also at the top of the yard signs at our listed properties - just look for our familiar orange signpost.
